Kim Festa is an educator and writer with degrees from both the Harvard Graduate School of Education (Ed.M.) and Boston University (B.S.).

A Teach for America alumna, Kim believes in the transformative power of education and has helped many students find their voices through writing. In her own blog, www.mamaheels.com, Kim blogs about life’s challenges and is also in the process of writing a memoir about her own healing journey.

Since 2000, Kim and her husband Gregg have embraced every ounce of joy and chaos in raising their three spirited sons, Gregg, Marco and Luke in the wonderful community of Oakland, New Jersey.
