Kelly Garvin

Kelly Garvin is a 33 year old mother of a 21-month-old brilliant little girl. She is an Early Head Start teacher for a non-profit organization in northern New Jersey. She is also a sister, aunt, daughter and soon-to-be wife. The two most important things to her have always been family and helping others. This is why she prides herself in the work she does with children and families, as well as the relationships she has built within her own family.  She struggles daily with balancing being a mom and working full time, and while her home isn’t always the cleanliest, her hair isn’t ever perfect and sometimes she leaves the house with different socks on – she always kisses her daughter goodbye and gives her a big hug when she pics her her up because love is what matters most.
