Josh Bersin is the founder of Bersin by Deloitte, and now serves as Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP. Bersin has helped hundreds of companies to deliver high impact employee talent acquisition, learning, leadership development and talent management through his research and advisory services. He founded Bersin & Associates (now Bersin by Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting LLP) in 2001 to provide research and advisory services focused on corporate learning. Today, the firm is the “go to” source for learning and HR decision makers seeking product and market data, insight on trends and expert advice on enterprise learning and talent management.
Bersin is a frequent speaker at industry events including the HR Technology Conference the ASTD International Conference, the Learning Technologies Conference, and HR Tech Europe. He has been a columnist since 2007 for Chief Learning Officer magazine and is a popular blogger for Forbes.com.
