Atima Omara

Atima Omara is the President of the Young Democrats of America, the nation’s largest youth partisan organization for 18-36 years old. She is also the first African American President in it’s 81 year history.

Professionally, she is a political strategist and activist who has staffed over eight political campaigns and worked for various progressive causes. She’s had a special focus on women and youth’s political participation and leadership, including reproductive justice, race, gender, politics and pop culture.
