In 2010, she started a blog to reflect on having lost 135 pounds and reconciling a lifelong rocky relationship with food and body image. That blog, CanYouStayforDinner.com, has not only taught her invaluable lessons about building an audience and social media presence, but it’s also led to a two-book deal with Clarkson Potter, a division of Random House. Her first book, a memoir, will be published in February 2015.
