FORTUNE Magazine is out with it’s list of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business.

The Top 5 Are:

  1. Ginni Rometty: IBM, Chairman, President, and CEO
  2. Indra Nooyi: PepsiCo, Chairman and CEO
  3. Ellen Kullman: DuPont, Chairman and CEO
  4. Marillyn Hewson: Lockheed Martin, CEO and President
  5. Sheryl Sandberg: FaceBook, COO

According to FORTUNE Magazine’s website,“The Most Powerful Women in Business list is compiled by FORTUNE editors, who consider four criteria: the size and importance of the woman’s business in the global economy, the health and direction of the business, the arc of the woman’s career (resume and runway ahead), and social and cultural influence.”

But it prompted us to ask – What does “power” mean to you? Do you think you have it? If not, what would you do with it if you did? And what would you like to see these women do with their power, to help those that don’t have it?

Let us know what you think in the comments section below.
